Noches de Colombia, which has more than 15 restaurants in Rockland County and northern New Jersey, is set to open at The Waterfront at Port Chester.
A company spokesman Jason Villamil did not give a specific opening date, but told LoHud.com that the restaurant was on track to open soon.
The eatery at 30 Waterfront Place received its village building permit in December 2017.
Noches de Colombia was founded in 1998 by a Colombian family "with the hope of meeting the all American dream," according to the company's website. The chain opened its first New York location in 2016 with a restaurant in Nanuet along Route 59. It also has opened 15 restaurants in New Jersey.
